AAR’s Professional & Business Development unanimously passed the CRPM Taskforce recommendation extending the amount of time to obtain the Certified Residential Property Manager certification to 3 years (from 2) and making the PM Bootcamp (either the Basic or Advanced) a required course rather than an elective.
