CE/CRPM Intro to Property Management with Steve Schultz

This course is designed for people that are thinking about getting into property management and those who are new to property management. However, those that manage properties for themselves or those that are experienced property managers may find many tools and tips that help them. This course will provide a very high-level look at property management and its many facets. From management software to move-outs, this course will cover it all.  Bring all your burning questions you may have about property management, because this will be your opportunity to ask them.

Steve graduated with honors from New Mexico State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working for Shell Oil Company and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, he decided he wanted to take on the challenge of building a company from scratch. He began by building his own portfolio of residential rental properties. As he built his rental portfolio, he also wanted to create a property management company that would maximize the interests of the property owner. That is how Blue Fox Properties was born. From the onset, Steve has been dedicated to learning from property managers around the country.  So upon founding Blue Fox, he immediately sought out for and discovered NARPM®. 

 

Steve has been selected as 1 of only 6 instructors from across Arizona to teach the Arizona Association of Realtors’, Certified Residential Property Manager courses.  In addition, he is a certified instructor of property management continuing education courses in Arizona. He is also a national speaker, instructor and author. 

 

Steve is the Designated Broker and Owner of Blue Fox Properties in Tucson, AZ. Blue Fox Properties specializes 100% in managing residential properties, primarily single family homes.
