Past NARPM President Steve Schultz, MPM, RMP joins the West Valley Chapter of NARPM to share best practices and alternative approaches to incorporate into our property management practices. This course covers all aspects of the property management business and is designed for beginners as well as experienced property managers. 

Steve Shultz, MPM, RMP graduated with honors from New Mexico State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working for a major corporation, he decided he wanted to build his own company. He began by building his own portfolio of residential rental properties. As he built his residential rental portfolio, he also wanted to create a property management company that would maximize the interests of the property owner. That is how Blue Fox Properties was born. Steve is the Designated Broker and Owner of Blue Fox Properties in Tucson, AZ. Blue Fox Properties specializes 100% in managing residential properties, primarily single family hoes. Steve has been selected as 1 of only 6 instructors from across Arizona to teach the Arizona Association of Realtors’ Certified Residential Property Manager courses. In addition, he is a state certified instructor of property management continuing education courses in Arizona. He served as the 2017 President of NARPM. He is also a national speaker, instructor and author.
