Course Description:
(formerly Risk Management Essentials) Managing Risk in Residential Property Management is an often overlooked aspect. Prudent Property Managers are very aware of the potential of Risk in all aspects of management. Participants in this course will be introduced to the Basics of Risks, its Sources, the Proper Approaches to Risk as well as Minimizing and Controlling Risk.
